They threw out three of the five counts saying they were 'redundant' even though the applied to DIFFERENT instances of the same behavior. However, the judge states HE thinks the evidence of guilt is overwhelming. The jury now has the case - after a one hour lunch break that is.

I think this would invest all U S Citizens with an idea of what those in military service contribute during their enlistment.  I also think it would get the significant sector of pansy-assed gamers out of their chairs and into the real world where they would learn a thing or two about 'campaigns'.
